About us

3C Swiss Cacao Chocolate Consulting was established by Markus Lutz in July 2017 as an individual business.

For 30 years, Mr Lutz worked in an executive position for a renowned Swiss chocolate producer. In this time, he has been able to gain comprehensive knowledge, from cultivation of cacao on to cacao processing and chocolate production.

After retirement in June 2017, it is his need to pass on this valuable knowledge.
